I certainly hope not.
Although I very well may turn out to be.
I don't know if I have anything valuable to say to whoever stumbles across my blog, but I hope that something at some point will strike a chord with you. Perhaps you'll even stick around to see what craziness I come up with next. I'm ok with that, stay for the crazy, I'm pretty sure that's why my husband sticks around too. :)
Mostly I just have a lot to say on a lot of subjects, and I want to share that with other women. I may only be 29 but I have had my hand in a little bit of everything over the years. From teaching, to parenting, to church planting, to party planning, to homeschooling, to crafting, to starting my own home business. I've done that and more. Most recently I've added learning how to parent an OCD child to my list. So in case you found me and want to follow what comes next, here are Ten tidbits about me, Bethany.
1. I am a mother of soon to be three beautiful children, plus one angel baby.
2. My husband and I just celebrated 7 years of marriage.
3. I was homeschooled from 5th grade until I graduated (which was a year early, kudos mom!) And currently homeschool my children.
4. I graduated from Ozark Christian College with a degree in children's ministry.
5. I grew up in a crafty home(not the sneaky kind, the hot glue and googly eyes type) and as a result I craft almost daily, sometimes for profit, sometimes just for kicks.
6. I used to write books and books of poetry and songs and have always longed to write an actual book but I have yet to do it.
7. I have two very different children, who both challenge and reward me daily.
8. I hate to clean but I love to be organized. Ok not entirely true, I love to clean when I'm mad.
9. I am a Preacher's Kid. GASP. Yes I was homeschooled AND a PK, pretty doomed from the start huh? Actually both were the best parts of my upbringing, and I basically broke the steryotypical mold in both cases. (but not in a bad rebellious sort of way)
And Finally
10. I HOPE someone keeps reading my blog. Even if it sucks every time I post, I hope SOMEONE reads it.
I guess inside we're all just a little kid looking for someone to be our friend.
Thanks for starting this journey with me. And even bigger thanks if you stick around.
